Students seeking to join our Year 12 elect to follow one of 2 pathways: either 'A' levels or an Extended BTEC National Diploma in Business or in Sport and Exercise Sciences.  All of the courses that we offer lead to university study. 

All A-Level students commence the Sixth Form studying four subjects.  After a term students then have the option of carrying on with all four subjects or choosing three to continue with.

The current range of subjects that we offer at AS and A2 level are : Art, Business Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Design Technology, Economics, English Literature, Ethics and Philosophy, French, Further Mathematics, Geography, History, Mathematics, Music, PE, Physics, Psychology and Spanish.  Home language students are also able to secure accreditation in a range of languages, including Japanese, Modern Greek, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and German.
 

Through our consortium partner schools, students can also have the opportunity to study Classic Civilisation, Drama, Italian and Sociology.

Our courses are designed to motivate and challenge, and lessons are tailored to suit all learning styles.  Teachers are experts in their subjects and have many years’ experience of enabling senior students to succeed at the very highest level.  Learning is not restricted to the classroom and students will gain valuable experience from the many subject specific visits that are a key element of the Sixth Form experience at Gunnersbury.
