In addition to our existing students, we welcome Sixth Form applications from girls and boys in Year 11 not currently studying at Gunnersbury. As a Catholic school we welcome students of all faiths to our Sixth Form and truly value the amazing contributions that they make to our community. Our open evening is a fantastic opportunity to discover what makes our Sixth Form such a supportive, ambitious, and high-achieving community. You’ll be able to meet our dedicated staff, explore our wide range of A Level and vocational courses, and hear from current students about life in the Sixth Form.
Our high successful mixed Sixth Form is renowned for its superb academic success, brilliant enrichment opportunities and welcoming environment. This summer, Gunnersbury students once again achieved the highest proportion of A*s at A Level in the borough. The outstanding levels of teaching and unsurpassed support enables our Sixth Form students to progress onto the very best universities and most competitive degree courses – year-on-year an inordinate number of students attain places at Oxford, Cambridge and/or medical school. Further to alumni being engaged on the full spectrum of university subjects, a significant number of our students attain places on highly valued Degree Apprenticeships from organisations such as Accenture, Google and Microsoft. Our Sixth Form is a truly remarkable community.
