Examination Results 2021
GUNNERSBURY CATHOLIC SCHOOL
ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS 2021
Our GCSE results this summer place the school once again in the position as one of the leading boys’ school (fully non-selective) in the country. Complementing the fantastic achievement of the boys in relation to the 5 grades at 9-4 (including English and Mathematics) measure of 93%. Gunnersbury has always set out to be a beacon of excellence for boys’ education and we are delighted to see our pupils’ achievements recognised.
With a national debate taking place around ‘traditional’ academic subjects, our boys’ GCSE results in English, Mathematics, Science and Religious Studies continue in their excellence, far exceeding national trends. With each of these subjects securing at least 90% 9-4, Gunnersbury boys’ performance outstrips that of local and national performance.
We are particularly proud to report that 50 boys secured a full set of 8 or more GCSE grades at 9 to 7.
